All our packages are shipped with express shipping. Delivery time depends on the shipping provider and other uncontrollable conditions. However, we guarantee that all our sunglasses will leave our store on the same working day

The customs fees for countries outside the EU are covered by us.

Products & Return Information

We always want to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we're happy to help. Returns from Germany are free. You can also register returns from other European countries in our returns portal .

Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods from countries outside of Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns from countries outside of Europe.
