You have ordered from us but are not 100% satisfied with the product or have received a damaged item? No problem!
We make returns easy
In an effort to make returns more environmentally friendly, we have eliminated the use of paper return slips. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online by providing your order number and email address.

Our return policy
In Europe, you can return unwanted items within 14 days.
Returns from Germany are free of charge. You will receive a return label after visiting the returns portal.
You can also register returns from other European countries in our returns portal. Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods from countries other than Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns from outside of Europe.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return. After inspecting the return, we will issue a refund based on the payment method you chose. Processing and refund may take up to 7 days. For more information, see our cancellation policy .
Items that cannot be returned
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in the original packaging.
